Judy Boucher, age 84, of Erskine, MN, passed away on Sunday, October 25th, at McIntosh Senior Living in McIntosh. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 30th, at Grace Lutheran Church in Erskine with the Rev. Pam Thorson officiating. Interment will be in Fairview Cemetery, rural Erskine. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. Judy Ardelle Strom was born on March 26, 1942, in Crookston, Minnesota to parents Melvin and Mildred (Radke) Strom. She grew up in Beltrami, Minnesota and graduated from Fertile-Beltrami High School in 1960.

She was married to Ron Tradewell and to this union, two sons were born, Lee and Steven. After their marriage, they lived in Minneapolis for several years before moving to Erskine. In addition to raising her family, Judy worked at the Erskine School as their health aide, teaching aide, and cheerleading advisor. In the years that followed her work at the school, she worked with medical records at Pioneer Care Center.

Judy was united in marriage to Roland Boucher on May 29, 1992. They lived in Erskine and spent time in Arizona during the winter. Roland passed away on June 29, 2022. She continued to live at home until moving to The Country Place in Erskine and later Poplar Meadows in McIntosh, where she had many good friends.

Judy liked to cook, bake and feed others. She enjoyed Coke, collecting Cherished Teddies, doing crafts, and loved babies. She also liked going to her grand and great grandchildren’s sporting events. She will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her two sons, Lee (Lesly) Tradewell of Erskine and Steve Tradewell of McIntosh, MN; grandchildren, Matthew (Chelsea) Tradewell of Salem, OR, Melissa (Carr) Smeby of Erskine, Zac (Rachel) Tradewell of Winger, MN, Mariah Tradewell of Marengo, IL; and great grandchildren, Keira, Kale, Camden, Taytum, Vaeda, Verra, Zara, Ella, Myla and Penny; two brothers, Earl (Marilyn) Strom of Kent, WA and Howard (Carol) Strom of Warden WA. Nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roland; two brothers, Arnold Strom and his wife, Elaine and James Strom and his wife, Katy; sister, Lorraine Bahan and her husband, Dana; and infant sister, Molly.
