Natalia Dahl, age 33, of Grand Forks, ND and formerly of Fosston, MN, passed away on Wednesday, March 7th, at Monta Vista Hills Health Care Center in Pocatello, ID after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 14th, at Calvary Free Lutheran Church in Fosston with the Rev. Alan Arneson officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13th, and for one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. All visitation will be held at Calvary Free Lutheran Church in Fosston. Arrangements are with the Carlin Funeral Home of Fosston and messages of condolence may be sent at www.carlinfuneral.com. Natalia Anfilofieff Dahl was born on September 8, 1984 in Woodburn, Oregon. In 1999 she moved with her family to the Fosston and Bejou areas and graduated from Mahnomen High School in 2003. She later earned her Bachelor's Degree in business management and also a degree in photography and drafting. Natalia was married to the love of her life, Allan Dahl, on December 22, 2004. Together they lovingly raised their six children, EmmaLee, Jesse, Ella, Mya, Craig, and Levi. Natalia was a God loving woman and wonderful mother who had a deep unconditional love for her family. Though she needed care as she traveled on her journey with cancer, she always cared for others before herself. Even as cancer claimed her physical body, Natalia is now cancer free in the arms of the ultimate caregiver, Jesus Christ.Natalia enjoyed hunting, nature, being outdoors, the mountains, traveling, being by the ocean, and had a passion for cooking and photography. Most of all though, she loved spending time with family, friends and especially, Allan and her children. She will be dearly missed.Natalia passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in Pocatello, Idaho, where she was receiving treatment for her cancer, at the age of 33 years.Survivors include her loving husband, Allan, of Grand Forks, ND; six children, EmmaLee, Jesse, Ella, Mya, Craig, and Levi; her father, Matvey (Kathy) Anfilofieff of Bejou, MN; two brothers, Ivan (Agafia) Anfilofieff of Pocatello, ID and Andy Anfilofieff of Fertile, MN; sister, Efimia (Paul) Boru of Fort Walton Beach, FL; her mother and father-in-law, Roger (Geraldine) Dahl of Winger, MN; Allan's grandma, Helen London of Fosston; 22 nieces and nephews, Blaine (Candace), Dillon, Cody, Austin, Zachary, Fenno (Sawyer), Samantha (Cody), Ethan, Seth, Alexis, Brayden, Tyler, Allie, Aftanom, Ulitta, Peter, Ioahn, Nikon, Peter, Eoel, Lena, and Boru; 5 great nieces and nephews, Sophie, Chloe, Aubree, Carson, and Hadley; three sisters-in-law, Renae Dahl (Shawn) of Fisher, MN, Jody (Kyle) Cantwell of Winger, MN, and Candace (Bob) Sorensen of Valley City, ND. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.She was preceded in death by her mother, Ekatrina "Grandma Kathy"; her grandparents; and aunts and uncles.Honorary Pallbearers: Nieces and nephewsActive Pallbearers: Bruce Klicker, Daniel Omang, Jesse Kulzer, Danny Ystenes, Randy Hisgun, and Lloyd Neisen.
