Paul Balstad, age 59, of Moorhead, MN and formerly of the McIntosh/Winger area, passed away on Thursday, September 17th, at his home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 3rd, at Calvary Lutheran Church in Winger with Theresa Sandness, SAM, officiating. Interment will be in Bethel Lutheran Cemetery, rural Winger. Family will greet friends for one hour prior to the service on Saturday (October 3rd) at the church.
