Kermit Peterson

Kermit Peterson, age 85, of Lengby, MN, passed away on Tuesday, October 26th, at McIntosh Senior Living in McIntosh. A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 13th, at Fridhem Lutheran Church in Lengby with the Rev. John Ragan officiating. Interment will be in Fridhem Lutheran Cemetery, rural Lengby. Family will greet friends for one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the church. Military honors will be provided by the Spring Lake V.F.W. Post #2759 of Lengby and the National Guard Honors Team. He was born on September 25, 1936, to Oscar and Liv (Hanson) Peterson in Lengby, Minnesota. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Jean and husband Joe McPherson; sister, Elaine and husband John McMartin; and brother-in-law, Harry Braunlich. He is survived by his sisters, Marlys Braunlich, Alyce (Dennis) Kenny, Jerry (Kathy) Peterson, John (Diane) Peterson, and Dennis (Mary Lou) Peterson; and many nieces and nephews.
